  1. You have just received a VocalTec Internet Voice Mail
  2. message.
  3. Please read the following instructions to listen to your
  4. voice mail:

  6. Installing the Internet Voice Mail Player
  7. 1. Your voice mail message consists of two file
  8.    attachments:
  9.    Voice mail message (.vmf)
  10.    Internet Voice Mail Player - Player.hqx 
  11. 2. Save both the voice and player attachments to a 
  12.    temporary folder in your hard disk.
  13.    Player.hqx is a self-extract archive file 
  14.  
  15. To install the player do the following: 
  16. 1. Drag the player file attachment onto the StuffIt
  17.    Expander to extract the player file.
  18.    If you do not have StuffIt Expander you can download
  19.    it from the Internet.
  20. 2. Use the resulting application to access your voice 
  21.    mail.
  22. Some mailer applications are capable of automatically 
  23. extracting attached files. If so, double-click on the 
  24. player file to extract the player application.

  26. To listen to voice messages:
  27. 1. After you have installed the player, in most mailer 
  28.    applications, double-clicking the voice file 
  29.    attachment will automatically play the message using 
  30.    the voice mail player. 
  31.    If this method does not work on your mailer 
  32.    application, simply drag-and-drop the voice file onto
  33.    the player file.
  34. 2. Use the Tape Recorder Controls to listen to your 
  35.    message.

  37. Use your saved player to listen to future voice mail 
  38. messages.
